UK Return Guidelines

RETURN POLICY

• You have up to 14 days after receiving shipment to return items purchased on The Outlet.
• Shipping charges for returned goods are non-refundable.
• Ensure you have a copy of your returns receipt from Royal Mail as proof of postage.
• Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.
• Once we receive and inspect your order, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
• Allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
